 1. Understand what your initial customers want and then you will get a picture of how you will run the business and focus on the job. If you know what your customers want, it will greatly help you to be able to provide that service.


2. Being creative, that's the biggest thing, business is the same but what makes customers run your business is your creativity. If you are not creative and you want to succeed in business be sure you will get stuck.



3. Good customer service and hospitality, can encourage the growth of more customers in your business. there is no business that will bring great success if you yourself have bad language with your customers.


4. Avoid giving capital money for personal needs you will kill the business. Make sure your business needs and personal needs are completely set aside. it is a very serious poison in business as if you cannot distinguish personal use from your business.


5. Create a system to evaluate your business where it came from where you are and where you are headed ,? Are you moving forward or are you going backwards, if you see yourself going backwards look at yourself, evaluate yourself and shake yourself before the boat sinks.


6. Keep records, especially expenditure as well as income of even one shilling of a business segment. Something that most people, especially us blacks, are hard on us, and this is something you have to do every day. You can't run a business and it will grow without documentation. You never know where you came from, where you are and where you are going commercially.


7. Learn from the various people who do business like yours and succeed also do not ignore the losers as they also have something to teach you. Learn from them every day until you succeed.


8. Ensuring that the business / shop does not run out of goods and if the product runs out means that your creditors have not returned, also try to keep things, the environment attractive to customers. If you set such an environment, you will be able to achieve great success.


9. Strive to set the type of products that your customers will easily find and the community around them. The customer loves the store so much that every time he goes he does not miss the product he needs. That is his place.
