A top Islamic State commander who acted as the terrorist organisation's finance chief has been captured, Iraq revealed yesterday. Sami Jasim Muhammad al-Jaburi was seized following a "complex external" operation by security forces, said Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.
