GERMANY'S new Chancellor will be forced to adopt a tougher stance on Russia or risk the collapse of his coalition government, experts warned last night. It comes as defence secretary Ben Wallace announced the re-installing of British troops, tanks and drones in Germany to help counter the growing Russian threat.
