Three people have died after two ships collided in China



 Three people have been reported killed in a head-on collision between two ships on the Yangzi River overlooking Shanghai, China.

The two container ships, called the "Oceana" and the "Xinqisheng 69", collided in an area where the river flows into the East China Sea.

According to China Daily, the Xinqisheng 69 ship, 165 meters long and carrying 650 containers, capsized after the crash.

The rescue team rescued 8 of the 16 crew members on board, and found the bodies of 3 people dead.

The search for 5 more missing people is still ongoing.
